Sharehouse is run by German‑Chinese owners with over 60 years of combined SME experience in China. It was created from a clear insight: while many offer advice on entering the Chinese market, few provide hands‑on support for actual implementation.
Managing Partners
Julia
Güsten
An automotive engineering professional, she has been based in China since 1994. She initially established and managed the logistics department of a German subsidiary in South China. For 17 years, she led the Representative Office of the State of Baden‑Württemberg in Nanjing and served as Managing Director of Baden‑Württemberg International. She has been Managing Partner of Sharehouse since 2013.
Haining
Liu
With a degree in German Studies from Shanghai and five years of experience in technical translation, he laid the foundation for his professional path. This was followed by six years as a department head and lecturer at Nanjing University and 17 years as Deputy Representative and Deputy Managing Director of Baden‑Württemberg International. He has served as Managing Partner of Sharehouse since 2013.

Finances
MBA and Senior Accountant with 28 years of experience in accounting and controlling. Expertise in PRC‑GAAP, IFRS, and US‑GAAP, combined with strong skills in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and auditing.
Wu Zelin
Human Resources and Administration
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. Professional experience in customer relations in Germany and China. With Sharehouse since 2019 as Executive Assistant, specializing in human resources and administration.
Sherry Xie
Logistics
International Trade and English degrees. Ten years of expertise in export, import, and compliance at Siemens. With Sharehouse since 2017, overseeing logistics and warehouse management.
