At home with Sharehouse

Sharehouse is owned and managed by a German-Chinese team. Together we have over 50 years’ experience in helping SMEs enter the Chinese market. Through our work, we understand the adversity faced by small and medium sized companies in particular when entering the Chinese market. Apart from offering you solutions to these difficulties, we want Sharehouse to be a place of assurance and trust away from home.

Managing Partners

Julia Güsten

studied Automotive Engineering in Germany and has been in China since 1994. After 2 years leading the logistics department of a German company in southern China, she spent 17 years in Nanjing as Chief Representative of the state of Baden-Württemberg in China and General Manager of bw-i, the affiliated service company for SMEs. Liu Haining

studied German Language and Literature in Shanghai, after which he worked 5 years as a translator in a technical field. He then taught German for 6 years at Nanjing University as a department head before joining bw-i where he worked for 17 years as deputy of the Chief Representative and General Manager in support of SMEs. Since 2013 Managing Partner of Sharehouse.

Sharehouse provides custom-tailored office space for your company and your staff. Also, Sharehouse residents share a reception area, conference rooms, kitchen and lounge. We provide a combination of modern office infrastructure with on-site warehousing.
